I would have to say a Sunrise, which consists of freshly squeezed orange juice and espresso!
What is your favorite accompaniment to your morning coffee?
An Almond Croissant is pretty amazing; for me, it’s really the perfect pairing with a fresh cup of coffee.
When you’re not drinking coffee, what’s your go-to beverage of choice?
An Old-Fashioned from Lot No. 3.
Do you have a favorite place in Bellevue?
Outside of Cafe Cesura, it would have to be my home in Bellevue Towers.
If you were going out after work in Bellevue, where would you head?
I would head to my building’s gym for a good workout.
If a customer asked you where to go for “the best bite” in Bellevue, where would you send them?
There are so many options, but I would recommend 99 Park.
What, in your opinion, is the world’s best coffee creation?
Espresso!
What activity in or around Bellevue is a “must” for those visiting the region?
Exploring the Bridle Trails State Park is at the top of my list.
Where’s your go-to happy hour spot?
Lot No. 3 or Purple Cafe.
Where do you go when you’re craving something sweet?
Fran’s Chocolates.
Where do you enjoy drinking your coffee when you can take it wherever you like?
Down by the lake in Meydenbauer Bay, or beside Lake Cle Elum.
What’s your favorite spring or summer event in Bellevue?
The Bellevue Arts Fair in July is a great event.
How would you describe Bellevue to visitors?
A small town on the Eastside with shiny buildings.
