Located in a little house on Bel-Red Road, Sukho doles out a lunch buffet and a full-service dinner menu. Don’t miss the green papaya salad.

Artisan juice company Jujubeet offers cold-pressed juices made from fresh, organic produce like the “Just Beet It” (beet, carrot, green apple, and lemon), plus a variety of bowls and salads.
Bellevue’s Crossroads neighborhood houses numerous Indian eateries. This all-vegetarian restaurant features thalis and chaats – vegetable snacks served with sweet and sour sauces.
Located off Northup Way, Lebanese-born chef Khalil creates a wide range of dishes, including many vegetarian options like falafel and veggie plates, crepe fromage, and flatbread.
This local favorite features authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, including vegetarian specialties like falafel, spanakopita, fool moudamas, fatoush, zahrah, and tabouly.
